Very experienced Technicians and highly professional as well. But your labor costs are pretty high. |

Excellent service, although there was some confusion on making an appointment. Was told just to bring car over for an oil change no appt. needed. Not true....Okay, made my appt and came back later that day. Received a call that they ran out of filters came back picked up car and took it back for the third time and finally had the oil and filter changed. Glad I lived close by, going back and forth all day!! |

Love to get gas there, but to fix my car- no. I've sent my car there twice and both times I ended up having to take the car to the dealership to finish the job. The first time there was a little Gizmo that broke going into the engine block. When I got my car back there was a light on the dashboard signal in that there was a problem with the engine. I took it to the Audi dealership where they fix that and serviced other issues. At that point it was an annoyance mostly. The second time I took it for two problems - the main one having to do with a noise coming from the bearings in the left wheel. The other problem was the brakes. The mechanic fix the brakes but left the awful noise there. Again, I have to take it to the Audi dealership to get the main issue fixed. What upset me also was that the cost hope the brake repair was exactly the same as the cost would have been had I done at the dealership. I usually expect a little bit of a discount when I go to the neighborhood non Audi repair shop. |

I left pretty disappointed with the service and the expense of my repair. I brought my car in because of a weird noise coming from the driver's side of the front of the car. The mechanic called me to tell me there was $1200 worth of repairs necessary, and I approved the work. The first time I accelerated above 40mph, I heard the same sound I originally brought the car in to have repaired. I brought the car back and the mechanic claimed that now the same problem existed in the driver's side wheel, and an additional repair would be necessary. I feel strongly that they repaired the wrong wheel the first day, although I have no way of proving that this is the case. I was charged again for both parts and labor. When I explained my disappointment, the manager removed $100 off my second bill, which was nice, but hardly had an impact on the $400 in labor I was charged for what I believe was their mistake. I won't use this garage for more than routine items in the future. |

I'm not sure what to say about this repair job since I have to put my total trust in your mechanics to do only what is necessary and to charge me a fair price for that work. I brought my Honda into your shop because there was a persistent squeaking noise coming from the rear chassis. Your mechanics checked it out and informed me via email that "REAR BRAKES NEEDED PADS AND ROTORS". Several hours later I was informed that the work was done. I was charged $79.86 for one rear pad. (Note: since the diagnosis I received said that the rear brakes needed "pads" and not "a pad", I'm not sure why only one pad was replaced. I was also billed $159.72 for two rear rotors and $170 for labor. I paid the bill in full and drove the car home that afternoon. The next day I only drove the car briefly because it was raining so hard. This morning, when I drove my grandson to swim class, the squeaking was as loud as ever. I took my Honda back to your shop as soon as we got home. Four hours later I received a call that it was ready for pick up. The cashier handed me a thin bent piece of metal wire and said that it was the cause of the squeaking. There was no mechanic available to explain to me why this tiny piece of wire was causing the squeaking and if the $400+ in previous work had in fact been necessary. I am a 70+ year old grandmother and a Vietnam-era veteran of the U.S. Navy. My only concern is the safety of myself and my five year old grandson. I am not a mechanic and must put my total trust in you guys to do only the work that is necessary and to explain clearly to me what you have done. Thank you. |

Shop Comment John, thanks for the 5 star review last month regarding your Nissan Murano. We noticed that you may have accidentally left a 1 star review on 3/5/2020. |

Horrendous experience. I will NEVER be back. Kevin was rude to both me and my wife and told us he would never work on our car again. Just shockingly awful experience. |

Work is always done on time and is top quality in nature. |

First off, $110 for just looking at my car? That's so stupid. Second off, they didn't even let me know I was going to be charged that much until after the inspection of my car. I lived far enough where I would have liked to been offered a ride to get home because they told me it was going to take a couple hours. It wasn't til I started to complain to one of the mechanics and he gave me a ride home. I wish I knew more about my car, it would have saved me a pretty penny then having some rude "European car specialist" check my car out. This particular auto repair shop literally want to suck the money and life out of you. |

I tried to renew my plates and the inspection did not include emissions so now I can't renew my plates. |
Shop Comment Va safety inspection was done on 10/11/16. Emissions is every 2 years. On your renewal form from DMV will tell you if you need emissions test. Call Kevin if you have any questions. 703-938-7732. thank you. |
